Samantha Mirabello began serving clients on behalf of the firm in 2016 as a law clerk while studying at Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, California. Following graduation, she passed the California State Bar Exam, became a licensed attorney in 2019, and was hired by the firm as a full-time associate.
Samantha has contributed to successful high-stakes litigation on both national and international stages, and is seasoned and skilled in all aspects of pre-trial litigation. Her focus with the firm has been on entertainment and wrongful death litigation, also assisting the firm's immigration and family law departments.
Prior to law school, Samantha received her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh, majoring in human resources and minoring in legal studies, and ultimately graduating cum laude.
In college, Samantha was recognized for consistently making the Dean's List and earned a spot in the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society. Additionally, she was the Vice President of the Society for Human Resource Management, a member of the Pre-Law Society and the Student Advisory Council, and a volunteer for the Student Legal Association. While in law school, she was a member of Loyola Law School's Project for the Innocent.
Prior to beginning her legal career, Samantha had a successful career in Human Resources, specializing in recruiting and resolving employee relations issues. Her human resources experience helps her to address sensitive and emotional legal matters tactfully and delicately.
Samantha has worked as a law clerk for both plaintiff and defense firms, giving her a well-rounded understanding of the litigation process. She excels in matters of investigation, discovery, and legal research, and is a fierce advocate for her clients.
In her free time, Samantha enjoys traveling, hiking with her dog, and reading mystery novels.
